What was our brief?

As an established provider of fire and security solutions with a mature client base, Tecserv UK wanted to look at ways to further develop their sales pipeline, whilst building a bespoke database of marketing qualified leads to support internal marketing efforts.

Our initial marketing brief was to source data, develop, and deploy a professional telemarketing campaign to identify key Decision Makers, capture details on renewal dates of any pre-existing contracts, and to generate sales qualified appointments with those in need of fire assessments and fire alarm sensor testing, which is required by law every 6 months.

With businesses returning to the office after the pandemic, there was a prime opportunity to prospect for fire alarm testing and fire assessments, which The Lead Gen Specialists were tasked with. Tecserv made the importance of assessments and testing very clear, focusing on the fact that businesses must abide by the six-monthly legal requirement to test their fire alarm sensors.

The Campaign

Having met with Tecserv UK as part of their initial strategy session, The Lead Gen Specialists set the ball rolling on sourcing data relevant to Tecserv UK’s target market. Once sourced, this data was reviewed to ensure that, when telemarketing was deployed, our team of professionals could work efficiently to converse with senior decision makers, communicating the benefits and USP’s of Tecserv UK’s solutions, and position them as a serious contender.
